Can not generate support ticket to change my evernote email ID

Hello

           I need to change alien looking email ID given randomly by evernote after I signup for a premium account. For this, I'm trying to generate ticket but still not able to do so. How can I do this?

My solution is to go to this web site   Contact Evernote Support
I'm already signed in so I don't have to sign-in a second time

I fill in the boxes and click on Submit Ticket
