Level 5* gazumped 11,664 Posted May 10, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted May 10, 2017 Hi. Please don't post things twice - I hid a post at https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/106044-phone-robbed-and-all-notes-deleted/ as it was virtually the same wording. Have you tried signing in to your account via the web page to verify what information is available there? (And to change your password!) If you had a lot of notes it sounds unlikely that a thief would take the time to delete your notes and sync the changes back to the server. Completely emptying the notebooks and the Trash notebook would take some time. If someone has done that then I don't know what Evernote can do to assist - deleted notes are removed from the system. Make sure you're using the same sign-in details though - seeing a blank screen is often a sign you've created a new, empty account rather than logging in. We're a (mainly) user-supported forum however, so your best chance is to contact Evernote Support direct if you're a paying customer on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new or tweet them if not via https://twitter.com/evernotehelps Link to comment
