Sandbox account email-to-Evernote not working

Ever since the day (a few weeks ago) when the Sandbox accounts were migrated to new servers, my email-to-Evernote has not worked for my Sandbox account.  I have reset the email address, but that did not resolve the problem.

I don't know much about sandbox, apart from the one I played in as a kid :)

But this I know, it's near impossible to send anything to evernote recently.

Spark email from Readdle has always been brilliant at sending to Evernote, not working for most emails now.

Airmail, likewise, no longer sending emails to evernote.

OK so I try forwarding to my evernote email address, that's not working either. Of course, the best browser (Brave.com) still has no web clipper. 

Either all these apps have failed - or Evernote have changed something. Given Evernotes' recent record with upgrades - I rather suspect the latter.

Hi.  I don't necessarily think the sandbox issue is related to a general email problem - mine is still working within about 30 seconds at the moment.  Third party applications also update their products (although if several failed at the same time I agree Evernote is the one common factor) so maybe there are other issues here too.  Best advice is to raise this with Support - directly if you're a paying customer on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new or tweet them if not via https://twitter.com/evernotehelps

Issues with the Sandbox emails should now be resolved. Sandbox was one of the final systems to be migrated to Google Cloud and we had some issues with mail config. Please let us know if you are still seeing issues.
