Merging 2 accounts data

Recommended Posts

I have an old basic Evernote account with all my data in it.  When I upgraded to the yearly Premium in inadvertently created a new account.  How can I get all my notes/data from original account to new Premium account and then cancel/delete old account???

Right click on each notebook in the old account and select Export Notes - Export as a file in ENEX format - and use the notebook name for the file.  Then go to your new account and File - Import the notes.  Then move the notes or rename the notebooks as you like.

On the Win/Mac platforms, you can export/import notes

An alternative is to share notebooks so the notes are available in both accounts.
You can then copy the notes to a new notebook

You don't share accounts; you share notebooks with other accounts
