Idea

So, all my business notice are lost... many days of work ... and the date, we need that work is the 1.5.17... 
My business account is off, because why? I actualice 5 times the payments!! and on my card is money... so, what is the problem?? I wrote to the support team, no answer!!!
So all my business files are gone. for that money it is really bad for your company...
But advertisement can you send to me... wow...

I´m realy angry, I pay for you - than I want to pay because you send me an email to acutalize the payments and it dosent work... and the support doesnt answer... and you punish me for that so I lost all the files

Hi.  Your files may temporarily not be available to you,  but they will not be lost.  This seems to be a billing problem which clearly needs to be sorted out.  We're a -mainly- user-supported forum,  not a direct line to the company so can't help here. 

You should contact Support on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new or Twitter https://twitter.com/evernotehelps to raise this issue.

Evernote Employee @Ellen G and her colleagues usually help with this sort of thing,  and she'll see that flag on her name too.  I'm sure they'll help you resolve this quickly.
