Bring me back to where I left ...

icoco_de

Idea

Every time I am clicking an internal Link to another note and then return to the original note, I have to scroll all the way down find the paragraph where I left. I'm always brought to the very beginning of the original again. Wouldn't it be great when I could jump back right to where I left in that note? (Like I can in iBooks for example.)

Workaround.  Open the link in it's own window by pressing the shift key as you click on the link.  Your position in the original note will be preserved.

@csihilling Great, wonderful, thank you very much! That's what I was looking for.

On my Mac, Shift doesn't do the trick, but CMD-click does it!

(Right clicking, or CTRL-clicking respectively, on a link would also give me options of opening in a new window and opening in a new tab! Didn't even know there was such a thing as opening in tabs within Evernote ...)
