Easier ways to make new Notebooks

Hi, 
Wondering why there is no (apparent) way of creating a new Notebook from anywhere other than the Notebooks screen. For example, on the Sidebar, why cant I Ctrl-click on a stack and create a new Notebook in that stack? 
Or, when I click on the Notebook icon in a Note, why isnt there an option to move the note to a New Notebook and let me create the name there? 
These seem like two obvious examples and I'm sure there are others.

Please mention the Evernote client that you're using when you make requests (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, web).

In the Windows client, you can certainly do this.

This is also supported in the Windows client.
