I can edit the reminders whichever account I am logged into. All of my notebooks are shared with edit permissions; I imagine that if they were shared as read-only, I couldn't edit the reminders, but I don't know for sure. Link to comment

There is a setting in Preferences for reminders in shared notebooks (Mac) Link to comment
