Gina Bisaillon 1
I used to have Evernote (the free version) installed on my iMac - I had it for several years and used it for countless notes. Then my hard drive died and I had to have it replaced. The technician was able to transfer all my files and documents, but not my software, including Evernote, so I lost all my Evernote stuff. How can I get it back? Link to comment
Gina Bisaillon 1
I found my notes! I installed the application again and there they were! Link to comment

The master copy of your notes is maintained on the Evernote servers Even if you lose the database on your Mac; just logging into Evernote will trigger the database to be rebuilt from the servers. Warning: The rebuild does not include local notebooks or unsynced notes Link to comment
Gina Bisaillon 1
What a fabulous feature! It's making me even fonder of Evernote, which I use mostly for drafts - losing those would be a nightmare! Link to comment
