madAiME 0 Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Hi, I'm on iOS 10.2.1 and I' using the basic version of Evernote. The big problem I have is that, if I, for example, want to adapt my shopping list - I can open the note, but Evernote don't let me alter the note. After 3 times closing and opening the app, finally I can type something and it's also displayed and saved. As a result, I can't use Evernote any more. Any suggestions? Thx, madAiME Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,656 Posted March 15, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted March 15, 2017 Hi - try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That's about as much teching as you can do on a mobile device. There seem to be lots of folks out there using the app fairly happily, so it's not a generic problem (AFAICT) - you can always tweet @EvernoteHelps for more.. Link to comment
Level 5* CalS 5,280 Posted March 15, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted March 15, 2017 EN v8.1 can be painfully slow and fitful at times. Pauses for 10 seconds at the most inopportune times if you perform consecutive edits. And sometimes it doesn't. Link to comment
