piemanji 0 Posted February 24, 2017 Share Posted February 24, 2017 I'm having a problem with document scanning on my Nexus 5X running Android 7.1.1. It finds the document no problem, takes the picture, and in the "preview" bit at the bottom it looks like the document has been captured and trimmed, but when it finishes processing it reverts to the full image as if I'd just taken a standard picture. Anyone else had this problem and know of a solution? Link to comment

Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted March 2, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted March 2, 2017 Hmmn. Looks like the standard two mobile options apply - reinstall or contact support. If you check in Settings it should be possible to toggle using the device camera on and off which might be a work-around, but that (I think) means no multi-shot pics of documents. Link to comment
