StephenK 0
I was wondering if anyone has experience setting up Evernote for a business where there are about 40 employees, but not all employees need anything near the functionality of a paid account. While 12-15 employees would need the functionality and features of a premium plan, the remaining 25 employees would only need to retrieve some stored documents and manuals for reference. If everyone is using email on the same corporate name, can you mix plans? Also can someone with a free account search a large PDF document created by a premium plan user? Thanks Stephen Link to comment
TFrankMcLeod 0
We do this as a business, Some of us sit on a Business account, some personal premium some basic accounts. It makes no difference we just share notes etc. I have not come across restrictions that limit us, yet. Frank Link to comment

I don't see a problem with this. Of course the users without Business Accounts would not have automatic access to the Business Notes One of the users will have to share notebook(s) with these users Link to comment
