Search "notebook name" OR "tag name"

I'd like to search notes which are inside in a specific notebook *OR* have a specific tag. I've tried this:

notebooks:"notebook name" tag:"tag name"

The above seems returned notes in a specific notebook "AND" having a specific tag.

Can I do OR search?

The OR parameter is specified by      any:
however, it can't be used for notebooks  (I don't know why)

If you want a workaround, apply a temporary tag to all the notes in the notebook.  You can then search on the two tags, preceded by any:
