web and app not easy for layperson to use / help, not so helpful

i have a premium acct
also have app installed on android phone and tablet
 
neither on web, nor on app do url links of articles saved 'shared' to my evernote notebook work as active link
 
am signed into my acct on web (chrome, win 10) and no place to readily create a support ticket or chat with someone ...am premium acct holder
 
sent to forums, where finding 'post' message buried on bottom have to scroll down....
 
in a mobile web, having to scroll to bottom on tablets a pain
 
no support outside 'bankers hours' m-fri 9-5
a 'web' centric company with no support other than 'old economy' bankers hours? not even chat ? which is offshoreable easily for ready support....not very user friendly attitude
