Most of the time ideas do not come in one shot. When I begin to record a voice note I often need to pause so that I can gather more of my thoughts before I continue the recording. There is no way to pause and restart a recording on the Evernote Android app if I want to eliminate dead air. As a result I have to use another recording app which offers that feature and then transfer the voice note to Evernote, which is tedious and time-consuming.
I'm sure that lots of other users have the same problem. I hope they will vote for this feature and that it will be added soon.
