Move notebooks under other notebooks (subnotebooks)

I would like to create subnotebooks, and/or move notebooks under other notebooks.

Please do search the forums for terms like "nested notebooks" "subnotebooks" "subfolders" etc, etc. This has been requested for a long time, and often; you should find an existing post and add your voice/vote there.

Currently, the only solution available is to nest notebooks under a Stack
