Turning them into at least PDF's if not text files? I've been using Evernote for a couple of years now, have been pretty happy with it, but I'd like to make sure that my notes will continue to be available to me. I'm Mac-based. Link to comment

Personally, I prefer html format for my exports Its more an exact match to my notes within Evernote I use the export facility within Evernote with a backup process on my Mac (documented here) The post below recommends ExportNote which converts to pdf format Link to comment
