The support page https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action tells me I need to be logged in to access support, but I am logged in. I've tried a few times with different browsers. See http://status.evernote.com/ for any server outages, and try messaging them on Twitter if the page is still misbehaving. Link to comment

You should be able to submit a ticket from the account settings within the app. The option should appear in the Support menu in the account settings. Link to comment

I don't have any information at the moment but I'm looking into it. I'll post any updates as I receive them. Link to comment
