Can't Access Customer Support

Hi @ejdtoronto,

Do you use Evernote on a mobile device? You should be able to submit a ticket from the account settings within the app. The option should appear in the Support menu in the account settings.

@gazumped This does appear to be a trending issue and I'm experiencing it myself when trying to submit a ticket through the web form. I don't have any information at the moment but I'm looking into it. I'll post any updates as I receive them.

UPDATE:

Our Operations team is looking into this, I'll update this thread as soon as I have more information to provide. Thanks everyone.

 

UPDATE #2:

It looks like a fix was just pushed through. The Help Center web-form should be working as expected now.
