A great idea would have annotations be periodically saved while editing a pdf or some other piece of information. I was heavily into annotating a pdf where the desktop mac application crashed, losing all of my work. This of course has me a bit frustrated, especially since I've had issues with the software crashing occasionally while annotating before. At least providing a saved state as you do with creating notes would be beneficial.
