Hi,

I had PLUS version till 20-03-2017 when I bought BUSINESS version. By mistake I paid 3 licences insted of 1 (it was set automatically and I did not change it). So I paid 36 euro. And this month again. I wrote to your customer service (Ticket# 2059923) but they weren't able to file my request. So I tried it here.
 
My question is: 
Is it possible the extra 48 euro use for subscription for another 4 months? Or refund?
Could you modify it, please? I need just 1 account.
 
How is it with money I paid for PLUS version on 15-01-2017? Can be also use for subscription?
