Take off "Recently viewed notes appear here" on iOS 10 Widget

Idea

Take off the “Recently viewed notes appear here” on the iOS 10 Widget when “Show Notes in Widget” is set off. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense and it just takes up screen real-estate when all a user wants on the Widget is the ability to take new notes and capture new photos quickly: Widget cl.ly/howw and Settings cl.ly/hozm

I don't agree! I use this feature often.

For any note that I build throughout a day, or frequently used notes. I have used this feature far more than I thought I would. I would want it expanded not removed.

@macneilpi, I think there's a misunderstanding here.

I don't suggest removing recently used notes from the widget if the "Show Notes in Widget" is set to ON. I'm suggesting that there shouldn't be a placeholder text for it when "Show Notes in Widget" is set to OFF – it doesn't make sense there to be any placeholder text like that when a user has specifically wanted not to see notes in the widget. It's understandable to have that text informing the user, if "Show Notes in Widget" is set to ON but there isn't any notes in any of the user's notebooks.

I'm using a Finnish localization so maybe this is a bit confusing to understand from the screenshots.
