Numbered Lists is broken

Idea

Beginning last week (I believe with 6.9) numbered lists was broken in the Mac desktop version. It appears correctly on the web and on the iOS version, but numbered items are shifted out-of-order now on the Mac. This is a really serious issue that makes using EN with lists on the desktop (my primary method) unusable.

Correct Example (before 6.9 and OK on the web/iOS):

----------

  1. Lizanne Padula 1
    1. Annette Messitt
    2. Patrick Hinds
    3. Lisa Todhunter
    4.
  2. Lizanne Padula 2
  3. Ted Barr
    1. Bradley Lytle
    2. Teria Lytle
    3.
  4. Jason Lantz
    1. Jason Lantz
    2. Paul Hanson
    3. Brian Sullivan
    4. Cassidy Bernardo
    5. Lucas Bernardo

...

-----------

Now as it appears in Mac EN 6.9/6.10x:

----------

    1. Annette Messitt
    2. Patrick Hinds
    3. Lisa Todhunter
  1. Lizanne Padula 1
  2. Lizanne Padula 2
    1. Bradley Lytle
    2. Teria Lytle
  3. Ted Barr
    1. Jason Lantz
    2. Paul Hanson
    3. Brian Sullivan
    4. Cassidy Bernardo
    5. Lucas Bernardo
  4. Jason Lantz
  5. Gayle Brandon-Behrend 1

....
