I use Skitch all the time and really cannot live without it. For what it is, it's very simple and easy to use. Here are two features I'd like to see added...
-Select an edge-to-edge section and allow for a "crop out" of said section
-Allow the Add Shapes to have a fill color in addition to the line color. This would allow me to fill with white, black or whatever, to essentially hide or remove part of the image.
