  1. Kindly add Windows App for scan option of Business Card to utilize premium feature on windows phone or desktop. As for now no single App that supports the digitizing Business Card on Windows.

Hi -the Evernote circular of today states that the SSL3 'problem' had concerning effects relative to Windows XP and seemingly advises that Windows 8 is now required to gain full Evernote functionality? or have I got that wrong? - like millions I don't care for Win 8 and have just upgraded to Win7 ( more stable better platform etc) - whats the skinny on Win 7? will that continue to function OK?
  3. Hi, I have recently deleted a shared notebook. The tags that were used by the shared notebook are still showing in the tags list of my windows desktop app. There are no notes associated with these tags. They are 'empty'. The persistent tags only appear in the windows desktop app, and not the browser-based app, nor the android app. When I right-click the tag, the 'Delete...' option is greyed out. I assume this is to do with permissions. EN version 5.2.1. Did a complete reinstall just in case. I also tried syncing from the android app, and opening the web app. Neither device shows the tags in question, but they persist in the desktop app. The extra tags are a distraction I could use without (and the main reason for un-linking from the shared notebook). Any assistance in the removal of these tags would be most appreciated. Cheers, Mark
  4. Hello Evernoters: I'm experiencing a problem that evidently occurred last year as well. I'm a premium member with EN on a Win 7 Pro laptop, and iPad and an iPhone 4s. Things had been going fine until the latest EN update for Win 7. Coincidentally, Microsoft released a bunch of windows updates as well so these may be related. Anyway, I can synch between all devices except Outbound from my desktop. I get an error message saying syncing failed due to problem at client. Notes entered in my other devices sync OK to the desktop. I have an open ticket with EN and have followed exactly the suggested steps of uninstall / reinstall (alas, a common "solution" for windows sufferers ... I mean users.) I thought I had found the perfect solution finally with EN, but now there's a hitch. I am in a Microsoft shop so the laptop is essential. But so are my mobile devices. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I'm thinking there's a conflict with another app somewhere (but nothing shows up in the windows error log that would suggest this,) Or, maybe it's a firewall / trusted connection issue. I'm still waiting for a follow up from EN tech support but thought I would try the board for some feedback. I am falling behind in my TSW organization ... Thanks all.
