I like to use Evernote for making notes during meetings and calls, and have a particular note format that I like. I wanted a way to automate the creation of new notes from Outlook that included inserting a title and date/time stamp, but also including the formatting of a note template. I don't know if this is crazy or not, as one could argue you could just go into Evernote and create a new note and make a few changes.
