  1. Has anyone else had problems clipping tweets with the "Articles" option on the web clipper? The performance while doing this seems very random. Sometimes it clips the content correctly; other times it clips the wrong tweet or image. Once it tried to clip my entire Twitter feed. Often it won't highlight anything on the page.
  2. Currently, YouTube clippings seem to come out a bit mangled - it would also be useful to be able to choose how many comments are saved (or even to download all comments). As for Twitter, it is nigh impossible to save a tweet (except by screenshotting) - would be highly appreciated if this feature were added (with support for threads).
  3. Anteriormente si compartía una nota con @MyEN , el sistema enviaba el twit al Evernote. ¿Ya no funciona eso?
  4. Hi, I am facing some problem while sharing some pages from Twitter to Evernote it never did. I am using iPhone 6. May be this is an bug please have a look into this or else help me out.
  5. Wanting to learn from all the Evernote Ambassadors, I created a Twitter List with all those ambassadors who have Twitter accounts on it. You can subscribe to the list too and then view posts just from them in your preferred Twitter client. Check it out. https://twitter.com/CRMFYI/evernote-ambassadors
  6. Hello, clipping works fine for other pages open in other tabs. Going to a page of twitter tweets -it won't clip? Using Max OS 10.9.5/Safari Any help appreciated!
  8. Are there any plans to allow searching on special characters, specifically @, #, and $. I'd like to collect lots of notes that contain tweets and web pages with stock symbols that are usually prefaced with $, like $C (Citigroup) or $T (AT&T). And no, tags won't help. I don't want to tag every note I collect. I just want to see every note that I've clipped that contains $C, etc.
  9. So I had *hoped* to be able to tweet a note directly from EN. I assume that's what the Twitter icon is for that I dragged onto the toolbar? I select a note and click the Twitter icon and......................nothing happens. What am I missing? v4.6.7 If I click the "Share" button and then "post to twitter" EN does exactly what it is supposed to do....works fine.
  10. I was trying to connect evernote to my twitter account through the steps listed here; http://discussion.evernote.com/topic/24605-kb-spotlight-how-to-link-your-twitter-account-to-evernote/ However, after following @myEN, it's not following me back & I haven't received a direct message.. Anyone knows what's up / has experienced this before? Thanks!
  11. Hi, I thought that I would share an idea that I believe would help me, and maybe you! I use Evernote on my iPad in nearly every meeting and at every event that I attend to record my notes and views on the sessions. It is becoming more common place that events, such as conferences, are promoting the use of twitter and have a #tag. Personally I find it quite difficult to concentrate on the speaker, take notes and then find time to tweet 'key' points. I think that it would handy if Evernote had the functionality within a note to highlight and tweet and automatically add the #tag (maybe the #tag cold be one of the note tags). As a further tool, it would be useful to have Evernote create a new note listing all the tweets with a #tag for reference. Thanks Vis.
  12. I like the current feature using @myEn to store my tweets on Evernote, and have started to use it. However it does further restrict my Tweets to 133 chars (6 + space), and further constrains anybody else's tweet by a similar amount. I would much prefer the option to be able to copy and paste the embedding code for all tweets in Evernote, as I can do on most web platforms (blogs/wikis etc). Twitter also facilitates emailing an embedded tweet, which is useful in its own right, but I prefer to manage my interactions in an environment less prone to spamming, and one that gives me greater control over my content like Evernote. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>@<a href="https://twitter.com/evernote">evernote</a> storing tweetsis good using @<a href="https://twitter.com/myen">myen</a> but it would be great if I could embed them, thus preserving full context + ability to RT/rep</p>— Colin Hope-Murray (@CHopeMurray) <a href="@evernote storing tweets is good using @myEn but it would be great if I could embed them, thus preserving full context + ability to RT/rep — Colin Hope-Murray (@CHopeMurray) February 15, 2013 ">February 15, 2013</a></blockquote><script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>.... just wishing
  13. I just started to use/experiment with EverNote and I found that it's not too cumbersome to share a Note in EverNote on Twitter. And of course it's easy to search for Notes, so that you can go back and edit/add to it (and retweet!).
  14. Greetings -- I'm wondering if anyone has ideas toward automatic delivery of certain tweets to Evernote, converting #hashtags and @accounts to Evernote tags? One can readily accomplish the "automatic delivery" part via ifttt.com, but it won't handle the tag conversion...seems like a simple text operation however. Thanks for leads, Jim P.
  15. Greetings -- I've successfully used the Mac app's built-in Twitter service after sharing a Skitch image earlier today, but now it seems down...have tried it twice and tweets aren't appearing. Ideas? I could resend to Twitter via skitch.com, but don't want a bunch of redundant queued tweets to appear. Have others experienced delays in tweeting via the Mac Skitch app? Thanks, Jim P.
  16. Evernote maintains an extensive (and searchable) knowledge base on each of our platforms and products. The KB Spotlight is a regular forum feature that helps educate and cross-pollinate knowledge base articles with our user forum. As always, your comments are welcome! How to Link Your Twitter Account to Evernote Evernote supports sending messages into your account from your Twitter account. To link your Twitter and Evernote accounts, follow these steps: Follow @myEN on Twitter. @myEN will follow you back automatically and send you a direct message (DM) containing a link. Click the link and sign into Evernote to link your Twitter and Evernote accounts. If you have a protected Twitter account, follow these steps: Follow @myEN on Twitter. @myEN will send you a follow request — accept this request. Send a direct message (DM) to @myEN. @myEN will send you a DM containing a link. Follow this link to Evernote.com and sign in to connect your Twitter and Evernote accounts. Once you've completed this process, any tweet posted to Twitter containing @myEN will be added to your Evernote account in your default notebook. Additionally, the note's source URL will be set to the URL for the tweet on twitter.com. Also, if your tweet includes a link to an image hosted on TwitPic.com, a thumbnail of that image will be added to the note.
  17. Is it possible to direct message to myEN someone's tweet in my timeline without publicly retweeting it?
