When I'm working with two notes and I'm comparing I like to jump back and forth between the two notes. My notes contain a lot of images and text so the notes can get a bit lengthy. It's really inconvenient to be jumped all the way back to the top of the note and lose my place. It'd be nice if we could toggle this feature on and off. I've looked it up and seen many workarounds (people suggesting adding little bookmark words that you can search with the finder or just make shorter notes), but these seem inconvenient.
Sometimes I need one note to be pinned on the top of notes list always, so that I can get it quickly, because I need it frequently. Could I right click one note and set it on top always? If not in current version that could be pleasure to add this new feature. Thanks, Evernote is cool!
I am having an issue with Evernote where the top of the note scrolls off the top of the note. Step 1: I create a new note. Step 2: I type in the main box of the note. Once I get a few lines down (no where near the bottom of the note on the screen), the top of the note will vanish. I've found that it doesn't actually "vanish", it is hidden behind the area where the title of the note is located. The only way I can get the text down is to use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move the cursor to the top, then hit ENTER 2-3 times until the text appears from behind the note title (as now there are "enters" at the top of the note, pushing the text down so it can be seen). Any ideas on how to fix this? It's not preventing me from using Evernote, but its an annoyance I didn't experience a few months ago.
Topics in this forum can be pinned to the top. I think it would be nice if I could pin notes to the top in EverNote5. They could follow the same sorting-scheme as the rest of the notes, but just be sorted first, separately. I realize I can add notes to Shortcuts, but that's *all* of my shortcuts. I'm looking for "shortcuts" that are specific to individual notebooks or stacks. Thoughts? Thanks! Harry.
