I would like to have a function: send mails via windows-Mail-Client (i.e. Thunderbird). I want to use my own windows client, so I can choose my own email-From
So, I've started using the "EnForward 0.1b6" add-on for thunderbird 17.0.7 and it seems to work well when I have multiple emails to send. However, gmail seem to be blocking the stmp connection when I forward about 10 this way. Does anyone use this and have a similar problem? Any work around? Here is the message "Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server smtp.googlemail.com timed out. Try again or contact your network administrator."
Not sure which forum to post this one in, so I put it here... I am curious whether anyone has thought to create an Evernote Clipper extension for the PostBox Email Client (http://postbox-inc.com) which is a branch of Mozilla Thunderbird. It is extensible (See: http://www.postbox-inc.com/extensions) and it appears that almost any extension which works for Thunderbird can be made to work for PostBox without great difficulty. According to the PostBox website: So, any chance that PostBox users could get a clipper extension (or a modification of the Thunderbird extension such that it will work for PostBox)?
