Hi there, Not sure what's the reason but one of my notes data was completely vanished and the name of the note is still available. I'm using Desktop version, Online version and via my Windows 8 mobile even - BTW, I'm not a premium user. Is there any way to retrieve it? The data really important for me. Second issue is that - My Desktop version is not syncing with online and online one is not even displaying data. Not sure what's the reason. Attached picture can give you a better understanding. Please help me out with getting my data back
I have a concern based on what the EN Desktop is showing and what the online EN Application is showing. Simply put the attached images show that the EN Desktop thinks that there are 11 notes in trash and the online EN Application is showing zero. I have expressed concerns before with sync issues based around tags. I have also just logged a call with EN Support as I am getting 2 errors based on 2 notes where it is showing an error on sync with "contains resource with missing data"
Please help! I tried to sync my notes from my iPad to my laptop - my wifi on my iPad was off (I had forgotten), and I tried to sync first on my iPad, then I clicked sync on my laptop Evernote. I then realised my wifi was off, so I turned it on and went to sync again. When I opened Evernote on my iPad, it had lost all my notes since my last sync (a week ago). I THINK this is because it registered me syncing from my laptop first, so erased any new notes? I am not a premium member and I do not have Time Machine and I'm worried that I have completely lost all my notes from the past week! I have tried to register for technical support, but when I do it just goes to a blank page. On my iPad it keeps saying "Connecting to Evernote Server..." then "Error Connecting to Evernote Server." What do I do?!?!!? I have I permanently lost these notes?! Thank you! (I have restarted my iPad and opened and closed Evernote on both laptop and iPad.)
