  1. I often use the sticky notes app on windows to organize and keep track of tasks that I need to accomplish. I used to use Outlook for this, but since they added tagged emails into the task list, it got too cluttered for me to manage. I like to group my tasks in sticky notes, sometimes by customer, and sometimes by "what I need to get done today...". It is freeform enough that it allows me to organize my tasks. I love evernote, and use it a lot. I have tried keeping my tasks in evernote, but it requires that I go find my task notes. So here is my wish: I would like to take a note from Evernote, and flag it as a "sticky note". When I am in windows, I would like to right-click on the tray icon and pick "show sticky notes" and have the notes appear on my desktop (sized and arranged how I last left them). If I am out and about, I can still pull up a note (that has been designated a "sticky note") and edit it, or delete it. This way I still have task management on the go, but have my notes backed up and organized on my desktop.
  2. I'd like to be able to sticky a card to the top of a notebook, yes I can create a tag and use that to find the card, however it would be helpful to have a index or title card at the top of my notebooks to find something quickly that is in the notebook without have to search. It'd be one click to the card versus having to type what I'm looking for and then goto the card. Use case: I have a list of websites that I need to review weekly. Sticky card links to the individual cards on those sites, I like having the over all card as I can type quick notes so I know where I am with this task and then quickly goto the site card for the detailed information. Keeps my notes much cleaner. (Feel free to merge this if it's already out there, couldn't find it with a quick search of the forum.)
  3. Hi, I will describe my scenario of how I use my Evernote in some cases: I am watching a course, and I am creating a notebook for that course that will include notes per chapter and sub-section of chapter etc. I also have a "Course Index" note that includes links to the other notes of the course but in a specific order (the one the course was delivered by the instructor) some information about the course etc. Wouldn't be great idea if we were able to make the "Course Index" sticky note so even If I update the other notes, the index note will always be on the top? Kind Regards, Rafael
  4. I keep a "post it" note on my phone desktop as a checklist of things that I need to do during the day...it's simple, no extra clicks...just look at the list...touch with your finger and it checks of the item. Adding an item is simple too...just hit the "pencil" icon and speak or type. Is there some add in for Evernote that would replicate this simplicity? I've now downloaded and am giving Evernote another chance but I'm finding that though notes are cool in EN...they are buried deeper than I want sometimes. Can someone help with an add on or something?
  5. I'm sure something like this existed in EN before, but if it did (and it's still there) I can't find it! I'm starting to use EN as my task list and I'd like to tell EN for iPhone and iPad to open this note by default when I start the application, or at least have it available with the minimal number of taps (1 hopefully!). Currently, if I'm looking at another note, I need to: Tap Notebooks Tap the relevant Notebook Tap the Note Not a huge number of taps, I know, but when you're doing it multiple times daily...
  6. i would love to see option to make Title box (like you see in attachment) sticky. So when i scroll down this part stays at the top. It annoys me so much to scroll up and down to see what is notes title.
Saludos, Cristian
  8. I have been using Evernote on my PC and I synchronized my notes with Sticky Notes (http://hosting.edo-soft.com/stickynotes/), so the notes are displayed as sticky notes on my desk, this is cool; but now need to do the same on my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, Evernote app is already installed, and I have tried many sticky notes apps but none can be linked to Evernote. Anyone know what application can give me this functionality to show notes from Evernote as sticky notes on the home screen of my Android tablet?????? Regards, Cristian P.S: Sorry about my english, it isn't my native languaje.
