  1. I'm finding inconsistent information about the Evernote for Salesforce Integration and the accounts that can be used with it. Is it possible to use a personal account? or does it have to be an Evernote for business account? I've installed the app in a developer org and it seems like it can only be linked to a business account. However, the FAQ implies that personal accounts can be integrated: "Evernote for Salesforce users with Evernote Basic, Plus, or Premium are the only users who can see their own linked notes. No one else can see these linked notes."
  2. Hi, I've installed the Evernote for Salesforce app, followed all the installation steps, and my SF users still cannot "Connect" to use Evernote within Salesforce. We have the Professional version of SF and I've installed it in the Opportunity, Lead, Account, and Contact pages. Our users will be logging into Evernote with their personal account and we do not have Evernote for Business. The following error keeps appearing when one of my users tries to "Connect": "Content cannot be displayed: You do not have sufficient privileges to access the controller: EvernoteController". I assigned access to the Apex Class to all my users, specifically the "EvernoteController" and the "Evernote.PostInstallClass" to all my user profiles and they still keep getting this error. What am I missing? How can I fix this? Any tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
  3. Hi, Let me know about this...Basically, we want a checkbox to be checked when images are added to an Opportunity. Thanks, Aron
  4. Hi all, We released Evernote for iOS 7.15 earlier today. This release focused on offline notebooks, business card scanning, and fixing some bugs and crashes. Oh yeah, and Passcode Lock is now free for all users! Notable fixes and improvements: Passcode Lock is now free for all users To enable Passcode Lock, go to Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Turn Passcode On After entering a 4-digit passcode, you can also choose how soon to require a passcode as well as whether or not to use Touch ID (on supported devices) Offline Notebooks improvements (Plus / Premium users) Within a notebook, you can now make the notebook available offline directly from the overflow menu ("• • •" button) New indicator on the Notebook list screen for notebooks that are available offline New progress bar on the Notebook list screen for notebooks that are in process of being made available offline Send business card contacts to Salesforce (Evernote Business users) Evernote Business users with Salesforce accounts (Enterprise or higher) can manage their Salesforce integration on the Evernote account settings page on the web (from your desktop) Once the accounts are linked, these users will have the option to "Add to Salesforce" from existing business card contact notes or after capturing a new business card After selecting "Add to Salesforce," you will have the option to create a Salesforce Lead or a Contact Please see How to scan business cards into Salesforce for more detailed instructions Notable fixes and improvements Share extension / Clipper: Improved clipping from iBooks Improved panning and zooming smoothness in note sketches Updated PDF viewer to address several top crashes Updated Settings > Support > Getting Started Guide You can download the Evernote for iOS app from the App Store. As always, please let us know what you think. Cheers!
  5. Utilizing Evernote business card scanning (OCR) and Evernote for Salesforce1 integration I'm looking for a way to create a new lead in Salesforce with with the scanned business card info.
  6. Ok, so a customer of mine is evaluating EverNote vs OneNote as is leaning towards EverNote because of its integration with Salesforce. The problem we are having is when we access Salesforce1 (via iPad), navigate to a company(account) and click on Evernote business, it is not showing the notes that have been linked to the account? Has anyone else had problems viewing the notes in SALESFORCE1. In the browser mode, it works fine. Thanks in advance for any help.
  7. I have downloaded evernote in salesforce. I am trying to add evernote to a custom object. I created a visualforce page for the custom object and added evernote to the layout. When I try to connect evernote to salesforce, it just ask for my log in information. Once i put that it, and click connect. It acts like it is connecting but comes back to the same screen and does not connect.
  8. I can't seem to work out how to get a Business Access Code which is required to link Salesforce with Evernote. I have the Free version and they say it works with the free version. Or will it only work with a paid Business Version?
Gracias. Un saludo, Manuel.
  10. I am looking for answers to fully integrate Evernote for Business and SalesForce. I have followed the Evernote Business for Salesforce Installation and Administration Guide and getting different results. I am able to add the Visual Force Lable onto a Page but it is not an active link that actually opens Evernote. When I added Evernote for Business and connected the accounts, all moved forward as anticipated. Any ideas? I am at a loss. Screenshot from Install guide Screenshot from my computer
  11. On viewing Salesforce pages the web clipper fails to capture/send the complete page to Evernote. Examining the note in Evernote it drops off the portion below the screen you would have to scroll down to see. As a test Web Clipper had no problem sending the full page off drudgereport.com. Is there a setting to resolve this?
