I am currently receiving very poor service from Evernote. As a Premium User for more than three years this is very disappointing. Evernote on my Laptop has not worked for a number of weeks. Customer Service are slow to respond and require a lot of prompting. Paraphrasing the most recent response from Korben D says "we don't know how to fix the problem, we can't tell you when it will be fixed." I have asked for a refund on my Premium payments as they are unable to provide the service. Is anyone else experiencing a technical issue such that the software doesn't run, and the very poor, unresponsive service contact?
Has anyone ever gotten a response to the auto-response email when there is an error and a log file is sent. I've clicked "send to Evernote" and received many auto-responses and never anything more. Here's the response that would make most people think they would hear more from Evernote within a few days. "As a valued customer of Evernote, you will receive support within 1 business day. Evernote is closed on Weekends and Holidays."
