Our company is considering using Evernote to replace our current knowledge base. We are currently using OneNote for a piece of that. We have 3 key requirements that we are not quite sure about. I look forward to your prompt replies as we are planning to make a decision within the next 2 weeks! Version control? Is auto time-stamping available with Plus or Premium accounts? We will need notes stamped somehow with name of person who made the change AND who approved the change? API call? Can a note be easily referenced in Salesforce notes showing the resource the agent used in documenting a call? Dynamic frequently used list (most popular) notes visible to the agent on the phone? Top hits auto populate for agents, but we need that list to be identical for all agents' PCs. We would like to schedule a conference call if necessary to expedite getting clear answers on this matter if needed. Thank you for your time!
