  1. It is bothersome that the numbered list format does not distinguish between different levels of the list. Currently the list format is: Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 2 It would be better if it were formatted like: 1. Level 1 A. Level 2 (1) Level 3 B. Level 2 I tagged this with names of all the platforms because it seems to be the case in all of them.
  2. I have a couple of Notes that I use for To-Do lists and shopping lists. I've always had the next number in the list displayed even when there's no entry for it. It makes it easy to add to the list. For example: Things To Do Wash car Feed dog This was working great up until Evernote 6.10 for Mac. I could open Evernote the next day and add item (3) and hit Enter and continue the list. What I've found now is that Evernote deletes a blank list entry upon sync. So, I would see this when I opened Evernote the next day: Things To Do Wash car Feed dog The blank entry number (3) has disappeared. Whilst that's not a great hardship, if the list becomes empty, thus: Things To Do Upon sync, Evernote reduces this note to just the heading: Things To Do This means that I now have to recreate a numbered list again. It's a bit of a pain as my headers are in a different format to the numbered list. How do I make numbered lists work like they used to (i.e. retain a blank numbered item at the end of the list)?
  3. I'm slowly figuring out how Evernote can used in almost everything I do. Something that has been bothering me for awhile is why there is not an option to outline notes with more detail? One has to choose between bullets or numbered which is not enough for those who outline speeches and the like. There is a need for more detailed note taking option, preferably with roman numerals or better yet give the option to the user to create their own multilevel list.
  4. I am a law school student and I use Evernote (Mac) to take class notes. I would like to use it to make outlines for class as well. However, I am running into a problem. I cannot make multi-level lists. For example: Sometimes A list Like this works But, 1. Most A. of the time B. I need to make I. Lists like this II. To show 2. sub-levels of rules 3. etc. A. Does that make sense? Every time I try to use a numbered list and I hit [enter] for the next level and then [tab] to go to the for a sub-level, the numbers start over.
  5. How do I get numbered lists to automatically work again on Galaxy S4 after the firmware update about 2 weeks ago? I have installed the Evernote android update that came out since then; no help.
