  1. We just added another account to try to merge personal notebooks over to the new account so the old account would just have business related notes. However, there doesn't seem be a way to send those notebooks over except through email and we cannot keep both accounts open at the same time. Help! How do we: 1. Send notebooks between accounts 2. Keep both accounts open Thank you!!!
  2. I have two EN accounts with different user names. One is actually an EN for Business account, and the other is my personal EN premium account. I would like to access both of them on my desktop using EN for Windows. However, when I log in EN overwrites the existing database file, making it seems as if I can have only one EN account on my desktop. I realize that I can open one on the Web and the other using EN for Windows, but I prefer working just with EN for Windows. Any ideas? Thanks. Michael
  3. I am on Windows 8.1 Ent. Just updated to Evernote version 6.0.6.1796. Until the update I was able to use a drop down to move between multiple accounts. I now have to use the 'File' menu and am restricted to 2 accounts. When I choose 'Add Another User' it creates the new user and deletes another. Any help would be appreciated.
  4. I have two Evernote accounts - one for work and one personal. I now need to combine them both, as the email address associated with the work account is no longer viable. I can't change the email address to my personal address, because it's associated with the other account. Is there anyway to combine two accounts?
  5. Good day all, First off, let me say that there is a lot that I like about Evernote. It has a nice interface, it's easy to use, and syncs extremely well. I sync Evernote on 4 devices and it has only had a few syncing issues, and most of the time when a sync issue comes up, I can see the Conflicting Changes that have occurred. However, I do have 2 gripes with the application so far. I just signed up for Evernote Premium. I'm interested in trying out the premium features, but really liked the idea of having multiple notebooks. I wanted to create multiple notebooks so I didn't clog up 1 account. Let me start with my first gripe. My first gripe is that I think you should be able to create an endless amount of sub-folders or stacks in Evernote. I can't begin to tell you how many times I wish I could separate something out into several different sub-stacks. I really wish Evernote had this option. Secondly, I find that switching between different user accounts to access other notebooks is rather simple. But, it only shows the last notebook you accessed. I want to be able to see all of the notebooks I have synced up to all of my different email accounts. I don't even necessarily think that one should need a separate email address to make a separate notebook in Evernote, but alas, I'll work with it. There are many different facets to my life that are unrelated to one another. I think these different facets would be organized best by having separate notebooks that I can access. I really wish I could just select File at the top of the menu, and see a list of all of the Evernote notebooks I have. Can't this data be cached on the local PC and store all email accounts that have logged into Evernote from that PC? I don't want to sound like I'm bashing, because I'm not. I really like Evernote. I just wanted to point out some of the frustrations that I've encountered and wanted to express them on this forum with the hopes that it will spur some change or at least, start a discussion pointing out the logistics and flaws of my frustrations. I'd appreciate any feedback. Sincerely, Speck
  6. Newbie - First post-- no clue what's going on : I Have two accounts. One on my iPhone and the other on my computer. I started with the first account (Not much in it, but still would still like to transfer that content to the new account. The reason I have tow accounts is that I heard how great Evernote is, immediately started using it, then found an excellent book to help me do it right. The account on the computer defaults to my new account (GREAT--HERE I CAN START FROM SCRATCH). However, my iPhone defaults to my OLD account--which has content quite unorganized) Never the twain shall meet. So far I HAVE NOT downloaded Evernote to my Ipad, before seeing how this turns out. >>>>>>>>THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE IS TO GET MY IPHONE TO DEFULT TO THE NEW ACCOUNT <<<<<<< (I won't download the IPAD app until I know it will default to the new account, as well. Can you please help me? Thank you Randy
  7. I have a single Evernote account for which I need to change the email address. I know how to do that--however, I recently inadvertently added another account with the email address I want to change it to. The problem is that when I tell the system that I want to use the new email address, it is already in use. When I try to log in to the newer account, the system automatically logs me into the original account. Thanks!
