  1. Hello, dear Evernote Community! While testing out latest Evernote version (6.7.1) I ran into few little usability problems. Down below I'm going to talk about moving Note into another Notebook. When moving Note (pic.1), it sometimes happen that Notebook you want it to be moved in is not created yet. This way user must "Cancel" Moving, open "Notebooks" tab and create a new one by pressing "New Notebook", than returning and finally moving it to freshly created Notebook. To decrease user flow steps, save user time and increase overall user experience in following situation I offer adding "Add Notebook" button, followed by "Notebook Name" textfield afterwards. Attached is the example image. (add_notebook.jpg) I hope you find this helpful.
  2. Hello, I have spent a frustrating hour searching through help and forums for what should be a simple action, a simple, obvious question to answer and a simple solution. So I have 90+ notes tagged with a specific name. I want to know shift them into a notebook of their own. I created the notebook name. I can call up all the hashtags, but there seems to be no mechanism to move them all, only individually. Surely this ability must exist, but I cannot see the option in the user interface. Would someone please advise on this? Seems crazy that it can't be done. I have a free account. Thank you
  3. I used to know how to do this with a different account but the screen appearance of Evernote on my Windows seems to have changed with an update. When I save anything to Evernote, it goes to "first notebook" (used to have options to choose a notebook). I figured out how to transfer notes one at a time to other notebooks, but can't find a batch method. Until now I have saved the notes from the same Evernote account on a Kindle Fire HD, where the account originated, if that makes a difference. I'm now trying to organize the notes on my Windows 7 laptop and set up to save notes from the laptop as well as the Kindle. Am I missing something? Not-too-techy grandma here... Thanks
  4. Greetings, Now that I have a great multitude of notes, I realize that I need to transfer many of my notes (1000+) into new notebooks. Is there a way to do this efficiently and not simply single note by single note? Is there a way to transfer every note with one tag option into a new notebook en mass? Other thoughts or options? Thank you to all. Tom
  5. We just got a Asus Transformer tablet (our first Android device), installed Evernote and are experimenting with how to use it for my husband's work. I was able to create a notebook entitled "Ed" and put it in a stack entitled "Clients". One note would have Ed's contact information, another note would have any written information my husband needs for the cabinet job. I took a picture using Skitch of a sketch he had made. Exported? it to Evernote. It was placed in the main notebook. How can I get it from the main notebook into Ed's notebook? Is there something I should have done in Skitch or the Camera to get it in the right place to begin with? Thanks for any advice. Mary Beth
