  1. Hello, I spent about three hours this morning preparing solutions to a homework using Evernote on my chromebook. When I finished the note, I tried to share it with another person. A message popped up saying that the person may not have access to the note. After that, when I tried opening the file, Evernote threw a message saying the file was unavailable for opening. I tried opening the file several times and each time, the same message (that the file was not available) popped up. Then, I tried syncing the files. Post-sync, the file disappeared altogether from the list of notes. Interestingly, the sync icon has been spinning for the last 3-4 hours. I checked evernote web interface for this file but couldn't locate it there either. Is there a way I can recover this file? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Saludos
  3. Suddenly i lost content of some of my note. I didn't delete any content. In note area, there was a large white space instead of note content (from beginning to approx half of note, but the other half still visible) Could you please help me to recover it? Is this a bug? What kind of content is missing (text, image, attachment, etc.)? Note content When did you last see the note and on what device? Evernote for Mac and iPhone Device & operating system MacOSX - El Capitan Note not in trash, can't see deleted note content in note history.
  4. We use Evernote in our office for notes and to keep our to-do lists and our lead agent has lost his. I have tried everything listed on the support page, forums and the like but nothing has worked. If someone from Evernote or another user who has lost notes please help. Without these notes our lead agent cannot do all of his work. I have looked in the trash, for "comparable documents", "Recovered" documents but we still can't find the note. Please advise.
  5. Hello, My Verizon Samsung Note 4's memory chip started to fail, resulting in an important text note not being properly saved. The next time I tried to access my note it said "this note appears to be corrupted would you like to try and recover it?" I said yes, and it took me to a blank note with my notes title, WTF? It is not in the trash on my Note4 Evernote app and web Evernote has the same blank note and does not appear to have a trash. Does anyone know how to get my note back? Frank fdg123
  6. My evernote on my Mac has some problems. It kept popping up a window like every 2 seconds and telling me that I can't save profile as "note.html" because my Mac doesn't have enough storage. But I have no idea where the document with "note.html" comes from. So I force quit my evernote. When I reopened it, All the notes are missing, but they are on the web version. After I sync, it just syncs the note I am working with at that moment, but cannot recover all the notes in the application. Is there a way to recover? Otherwise I have to use the web version to read my previous notes every time. And I try to report the problem. But where can I create a new support ticket???!!! When I click the link, it just keeps go back to the overall support page. It is annoyed! Please Help. Thanks!
  7. Not sure if I'm posting this note in the right place, so let me know if I should move it. I had a note that I edited frequently. Somehow, three copies of it with slightly different info appeared in my notebook. A few days ago, I decided to reconcile them and consolidate all current info into one note. I deleted the two extra versions. Now I can't see any of the three notes. (I must have emptied the trash, although I don't remember doing so, because nothing is there either.) First of all - what caused the duplicates... and secondly, anyway to recover the missing copy? It seemed to be there when I finished my editing and closed Evernote the other day. I use Evernote on a Windows laptop at work, a Mac at home, and a couple iOS devices. The edits were made on my work computer. If that makes a difference... Thanks!
