Evernote Helper missing in new version?

I'm not sure of the name... I think its called the 'Evernote Helper.' It sits in the menu bar. One could use it to do screengrabs and to jot down quick notes to later save into Evernote. It seems to be missing. Will it return? -
Somehow, sometime in the past couple of weeks the web clipper icon disappeared from the Safari toolbar. Today I have attempted to install it again and cannot claim any success. Process is: download Evernote.6.1.3.safariextz from EN site.double click resultant file in Downloads folder.quit and relaunch SafariThe expected result is that the web clipper icon shows in the toolbar. Okay, this may be a long-windy story, but I'll try to describe the timeline as clearly as possible. I got a new MacBook and decided to install Evernote. Now I already have an Evernote account for use on my iMac for roughly 5 years. After installing Evernote on my MacBook, I realized that two-step verification was not enabled as I previously thought.
