Ok, so it has been a year or so since I logged onto my evernote, which I am doing via Google Chrome, and it seems the layout has all changed and everything, which shows how out of touch I am I guess. But none of the notes I had on there, which of course contain some important information, are there! It looks like I have just opened an account, even though I am logging into my very old account! I am very frustrated. How do I recover my old evernote notes? Ben

Lost files after reactivation
jcunningham@udallas.edu posted a topic in Evernote General Discussions
Hello, I recently reactivated my account and found that all of my notes are gone. I've looked on the website, the Mac app, and the iPhone app. There is not even anything in my trash bin. It looks as if I just created a new account, except my profile says it is my account from 2014. Is there any way to recover these old notes or is there a way to talk with anybody directly in Evernote to get my files back? Thanks.- 1 reply

Well, I stumbled around and found stuff I'd saved. How-ever, the site I'd just tagged and "saved" is not among the other stuff that I'd saved on other days. Well, some of it is. Considering that what I just saved is gone (or as good as gone, since I
