  1. So far, you can only link one note to another. But you can't: Link one section of a note to another section of a note Link one section of a note to a section of another note EXAMPLE: Literally any wikipedia (<-- random example) page. After the intro description, there is a 'contents' box that links to itself later in a document. You can also click to links of sections of other pages on the site. OneNote already has this feature. I find OneNote awful BUT this feature is the one and only reason why I use OneNote over Evernote at work, and Evernote just for personal use. Please update your linking features!
  2. Every time I am clicking an internal Link to another note and then return to the original note, I have to scroll all the way down find the paragraph where I left. I'm always brought to the very beginning of the original again. Wouldn't it be great when I could jump back right to where I left in that note? (Like I can in iBooks for example.)
  3. I allowed Evernote to move me from the old interface to the new beta interface. What a mistake! Is there a way to move back? I sure hope so, because the beta is completely unusable for me. I use Evernote to save links, kind of like Delicious used to do it. Go to a note, click on the link, and go to the site. The beta doesn't let me do that, anymore. The link is available only in the Info dialog, and it isn't clickable. There's no way to add links to a note, it seems, so I can't even copy the link out of the Info dialog into the note text. Has anyone here figured out how to deal with all of that? If I could just move back to the old interface I'd be happy. -- Helge
  4. I have a main document that is just text named "Overview of Lightroom Workflow". I would like to have an area on the left side of that document, when clicked on would to take me to a new page of "Details of Data Import" I expect to have a number of Detail pages. I would appreciate any ideas on how to link these pages. Dick
  5. These new weblinks are extremely frustrating. I don't want them. I need Evernote to spring into action when I click on an Evernote link not my web browser. I do not understand why this option has eclipsed the classic link? I have Evernote on all my devices and the internal link opens the app on whichever device I'm using no matter where it was created. Using Evernote in a browsers, especially on mobile devices is a nightmare, which I assume is why we have the apps! Please O please give us an option to change the default links. There are some reasons I need internal links: 1. I do not save passwords in browsers and need to constantly log in. 2. Evernote is always running, my browser isn't. 3. I don't always have internet access. 4. It is so much easier to have applications that link to Evernote have those links open in the Evernote app and not the browser. The browser app is far inferior to the actual app on my mac. So, question: How do I set the default linking method to be the classic links? Why? I use a number of Keyboard Maestro actions which are now broken as the require the classic link which is difficult to simulate using Keyboard Maestro.
  6. I have a master note that looks like this, with the individual linked class note: Week 01a Tuesday, August 20 Week 01b: Thursday, August 22 ...and so forth. Is there a way to change the dates on each class note without having to relink each note again to a master note? Might there be a better way to accomplish my overall objective for each semester? Thank you, Roy
