  1. Hello,I am trying to utilize several templates in my work, but when I went to save a template just now, I got a message "You've reached the limit of 20 templates." I am a premium user, and cannot find any language about limits on the number of templates I can save. Any ideas? I love templates, and the limit of 20 is, well, quite limiting!!
  2. I have over 35K notes and I'm having sync issues which tech support is working furiously to fix (thank you). However, I'm just wondering at one point EN simply has trouble handling a certain level of notes. Thoughts on this? As you can tell, I'm a very early user of EN. Bill
  3. * Limit 100,000 Tag´s - it seems extensive but not ... * Limit 100,000 notes - the same way .. * Limit 250MB for notes - In the same way .. * Limit of 250 books - In the same way .. if the use is intense with constant use of Tag´s with resources tasks / schedules and proper controls, content management, contacts, shares and other components limits are insufficient. The cool it is to rely on a tool that does not limit that to extrapolate and innovate always - use without limits It seems extensive but may well be hit and cause many problems for the user. If a user has intention of registering all customers, suppliers, subscribers, and explore it well with several labels and notes, the limits are insufficient. >>> I do not understand why, just create conditions to free up more if there are needs with alternative plans <<<
  4. 250 notebooks is not enough, I am finding myself having to delete notebooks and as a premium member the limit should be more like 500 or limitless Regards Rob
  5. Related to the change in upload allowances on Premium (now 4GB), I thought it was high time to remind everyone that we have two resources in the Knowledge Base that are useful for anyone looking to compare Free, Premium, and Business subscription levels, or check on current account limitations. The limits article is here: https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#/article/23283158 The subscription comparison chart is here: https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#/article/23258452 We update these religiously, so any changes to the Evernote's core limits or feature sets should be reflected in these spots. As always, let us know if there's something that you think is missing or requires clarification/update.
  6. 'i've only used 88% and 19 days left. tried to clip something before but web clipper said i don't have enough space, so i thought it's ok to save other stuffs with less memory, e.g. bookmark....but it showed sync failed....why's that? I tried before when i still have little memory left, i still can upload bookmark or simply word doc....but this time i can't, it showed sync failed. Is it because something stuck in web clipper? (i was rejected while clipping a large file ....it showed out of spaces, so i thought i still can clip other simple stuff.) Do you think i need to wait until next month?
  7. Hello Evernote. I've been trying hard to find an answer to this question, but I simply can't - so I hope someone here can help me. I'm a free user, and I've been trying to share my notebook with alot of people, but after I reached 6 people, the big green "share" button disappeared whenever I'm trying to invite more. Is there a limit on the amount of persons I can share a notebook with? And if yes - then why isn't this explicit? From the way I read the information I could find from Evernote, it says that I'm able to share a notebook with 250 persons at one time, and that they are able to edit and invite others as well. Did I understand this correctly, or is it simply because there is some limitations I haven't read about I uploaded two pictures so you can see what I mean. The first one "no sharing button" is from the notebook I want to share with more people - but cannot. The other one is the screen I get when I try to share my other notebooks. I hope someone can help answer my stupid question :-)
  8. My reset day was yesterday and I didn't use Evernote at all. As I checked my account info today, I found I was already charged with "31.7 MB". Does anyone know what is happening? I emptied the trash, and it went to 31.4 MB. not much of a difference.
  9. Here is my scenario. I currently have had a Free account as I get to know about Evernotes' capability. I'm very impressed. I wish to have 2-4 notebooks, which will have a minium of 1100 pdf files amongst them. Some may be just over 100megs each, but most are not. I should be the only one who can add to these folders. I would like the ability to share these notebooks with anybody who has an email address that I've granted access to them. (They may or may not have an Evernote account, but would be encouraged to get one). All of us should be able to search amongst all Pdf documents contained, with in these notebooks exclusively or shared to them (If I need to have a seperate account than my personal one that's fine.) Do I need to have a Premium or Business account? Do they need to have a Free, Premium, or Business Account? What are the limitations imposed if I had a Free, Premium, or Business account under this scenario? If I wanted to allow users to add notes to another notebook, would their account status need to change? Is there any legal issues with having a business account for each person, and charging a user for access to my notebooks? Thanks, Rich Wilson
