  1. It's really a problem to edit the title of my notes in Evernote for iOS 7. I also think the lousy performance of the app. Anybody else have this difficulty?
  2. This is my first time creating a thread on this forum, and it's because I'm having a problem with the Evernote App on my iPad. In short, I was trying to take notes upon learning a piece of software that I need to use when I go back to University. Unfortunately, as I'm taking notes, I noticed that the note page starts to scroll down as I'm typing each character into the document. At first I thought this was because I was holding my iPad landscape (Since that's how I stated) and I needed to use it portrait. Even when I do this, it still continues to scroll down when I don't want it to. It also seems to scroll down when I'm deleting my spelling mistakes! It's getting annoying now, since I'm having to stop midway my typing and then having to scroll back up, just to see what I'm typing in the first place! It can get to the point where you can no longer see what I'm typing into the document! Is anyone else having this problem?
  3. Hi I am updating my devices and have always loved the special page camera for my Moleskine evernote book. When i updated my phone and ipad this seems to have disappeared? Also on my phone, when i hit camera, it only lets me photograph, not use the document function. My ipad has just crashed altogether with evernote and wont work. I had allocated notebooks to the stickers in my moleskine but they dont seem to be working anymore? help i have to present at school next week, why we should use this app.........
  4. Since I updated to the most recent version of EN on my iPad mini, my newly recorded audio files have increased in size (almost 5X larger). Am I the only one experienced this? It's very frustrating that my class audio that only use to be 4mb is now 25 Mb.
  5. Evernote CEO Phil Libin's recent blog post may sound great, but i have lost hope and patience that Evernote will get all the broken stuff to work. Once my premium subscription runs out, i won't renew it, because i see no point in paying for unfinished, buggy and broken features. In case you're interested why, here are the reasons: Currently i use Evernote on iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air and sometimes an Android device. Last May Evernote introduced 'Reminders' for Mac, iOS an Web and later for Android. Eight months later, a reminder i create in the web app or Mac app doesn't trigger a notification on iPhone and iPad unless i manually open/sync Evernote after creating it. Then, iOS 7 was released more than four months ago and Evernote's background sync still doesn't work reliable. And no, this is no problem with iOS 7, but the way Evernote tries to use that system feature and fails its users. Both problems could be easily resolved if Evernote finally used iOS push notifications. That way, iOS devices would get silently notified about updates and download these or trigger notifications. There are way smaller companies out there that get this right - see Shift Jelly's excellent Pocket Casts, with which i don't have to care if it is running in the background or not - but Evernote either sees no problem in its current implementation or simply doesn't care, that it doesn't work as it should. Well, i do and i'll show it with my wallet.
  6. Hi, Every time I use my Evernote app and every time I save a note a pop up comes up saying it cannot sync and prompts me to send a report. I have tried to send the report but every time it just sits there forever with the spinning green circle until I get fed up! I use the iPad 4 and iOS 7. How can I get this issue fixed if I can't send the error report? Help? Anyone?
  7. Hi guys, Love the new iOS7 version of the Evernote app! Thing is however, I'm missing something that I found quite nice in the last version: your reminders showing up at the top of the notebooks. I was wondering if it's possible to have a separate 'to-do section' in the new app, just like for instance the desktop applications have. I often use evernote as a to-do list. What I do now is put my reminders in my favourites which is far from optimal.
  8. With the old app the document photos I took of Moleskine pages were fantastic. The pages were cropped perfectly and page waviness was flattened. Took first page photo today using the new app and results are terrible! Just a photo of the top of my desk with my Moleskine notebook centered in the photo. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another step?
  9. Hello guys, I have a problem that I think is a bug that I wonder if some of you can reproduce. Basically, any text between a single digit and the word "av" is automatically styled by the EN app as a link. If the note is viewed on the desktop app there is not persistent blueness. I append the bug report that I sent to Evernote support. Bug Report Some specific sequences of text is automatically colored blue by Evernote Versions iOS 7 Evernote Premium account Apple IPad 4 Bug Description When typing text in the Evernote app it sometimes happens that a section of the text is automatically colored blue and underlined. Specifically, any text that is between the a digit and the two characters “av” is automatically changed by the Evernote app into blue and underlined font. Steps to Reproduce Open the latest version of the Evernote app on an IPad 4 running iOS 7. Open a new document by pressing the + button. Type “1 hello av” and the Return key. (Don’t type the citation characters) Wait for about 2 seconds. Actual Behavior The text “1 hello av” is changed from the normal black font into a blue underlined font. Expected Behavior That the text is still the normal black font.
  10. Loving the look of the iOS 7 interface for Evernote. But having a bit of a problem scrolling through a list of notes (of the sort that pops up after a search, for instance). To try to begin scrolling, I tap the screen--but tapping the screen anywhere except on a "month header" selects a note (turning it grey). I can scroll for a bit, but when I release the tap the selected note opens up, and I have to tap "back" to get to the note list. Browsing a list of 40-50 notes makes for a lot of back-tapping. If I keep my finger at the very, very far left of the screen I can scroll without selecting, but it seems like the "safe" area is like 2px wide. On my Android phone attempting to scroll would manifest a little grey scrubber and you could scroll by manipulating that, but there doesn't seem to be an iOS equivalent, or if there is, I'm missing it. How do you guys manage to scroll without also selecting (and opening!) notes? Are you just... very very careful?
