  1. First off, I do want to preface this request by saying that the enhancements and added features that Evernote has rolled out have been pretty stellar (better OCR, Moleskine notebooks, improved web clipper with lots of new features, better document recognition, LinkedIn integration, WSJ integration, better note uploading from iOS, etc.) The issue I find however is that Evernote often lags in the core aspect of the product, namely NOTE TAKING. I briefly switched to OneNote during graduate school (better formatting, better note organization for purposes of class notes) due to this issue. Some examples: it's impossible to change the highlighter color, the inserted tables are awful (what's with the column resizing???), the bullet/numbered list formatting is rudimentary, not possible to star/feature text within a note aside from aforementioned mono-color highlighter, etc. The list goes on. Evernote has become an amazing technological product but it suffers because it does not perform it's core, underlying purpose well: writing text notes.
  2. It would be handy to have some sort of "watch this notebook" or "watch this note" feature. Allow a business user to "watch" a note or notebook and be notified of any changes to a note or additions/changes to a notebook. Allow the user to select notification method: email or push notification... or even text message perhaps. There are many instances when collaborating where time is of the essence. A push notification letting "watchers" know that a change has been made to a note... or a change/addition (new note) has been made to a notebook would be very helpful.
  3. I chatted with an evernote rep and there does not seem to be a way to modify the font (say changing it to 18pt) for 1) the titles of the note within the list of messages Here is an image of this: 2) the title of the note as part of the note 3) the line which contains the name of the notebook and the tags for the note. Here is an image of this: You can modify the font of the text of the note, though. I think that this should be added to evernote.
  4. I would really like the emails that I send to my Evernote account to be able to define NEW tags. I often find notes that I have emailed in that have #<tag name> in the title, since the tag name wasn't defined. I would highly recommend that this wouldn't be a separate command to define new tags. Often I don't remember exactly which tags are defined.
