  1. Just to make sure I understand correctly, in Evernote 5, if I want to search within a particular notebook, I have to click in the "Search all notes" search-box and type in, for example: notebook:Javascript indexOf There is no other way? In Evernote 4, you could choose whether you wanted to search within the chosen notebook, or all notes when you entered your search term. I use View -> Show Search Explanation to see what's going on. Thanks! Harry.
  2. Topics in this forum can be pinned to the top. I think it would be nice if I could pin notes to the top in EverNote5. They could follow the same sorting-scheme as the rest of the notes, but just be sorted first, separately. I realize I can add notes to Shortcuts, but that's *all* of my shortcuts. I'm looking for "shortcuts" that are specific to individual notebooks or stacks. Thoughts? Thanks! Harry.
  3. Been user of EverNote for years now. Just downloaded Evernote 5. Good to see updates - but missing - the true thumbnails of the notes - I could make out so much more from the thumbnails ... but now they are just text, and image - also the ability to grow or shrink the size of thumbnails is gone Not happy. - Even the cool and ready to access shortcut bar is also gone. Furthermore, the card is too big for laptop - I can only see 6 of them, even when don't have left panel open (and notes panel is reduced much) Not happy. Vikram
  4. I used to be able to search just the entire notebook stack (at least I can on my Windows PC at work). Now, after having just downloaded Evernote 5 for Mac, I can only search one notebook at a time. How can I search an entire notebook stack?
