I wonder why isn't there a passcode lock for Evernote Desktop App? Other people with access to my pc/mac can simply come in and open my evernote and see my private stuff. I believe having a simple passcode lock (just like the Iphone/android) app solves this problem.

It would be awesome if evernote could already compile Latex or just have integration with https://www.sharelatex.com . I'd love to request this feature. Sharelatex already intergrates with dropbox, medely, github...more natural progression seems evernote to me!

I have been using evernote for last 4 months....after the latest update the evenote mac crashes all the time...I have unistall everything and tried fresh install the software...but in between the syn it crashes again...I tried this many times and nothing could solve the issue...still crashe at half way of the sync... Anyone has the same issue...whats the solution for this..

I am trying to create a Hazel script that takes a date from the file Hazel is making an Evernote note from and uses that as the creation date of the note. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I've got a script that can do this after the fact, but I can't seem to get it to work within Hazel. Thanks in advance! Jamie -
Over the last few days Evernote is not syncing correctly for me. When I open the app on my iPad I don't see my newest notes and notes that have been most recently updated are not showing up where they should. And now when I try to do a sync on Evernote on my MacBook Pro, I get this error continually: You're Offline. You need to connect to the internet to synchronize with the Evernote service. This is while the MacBook Pro is connected via WiFi, 20+ tabs are open in Chrome and working fine, the Mail app is sending and receiving, the WiFi connection is at full strength - basically, connectivity is fine and more than fine. If I quit Evernote and re-open it the issue corrects itself - but then comes back after a few hours or a day or so. It seems to occur when the MacBook Pro has been in sleep mode for a while (overnight or similar) and is then back in action. Any suggestions on how to stop this from occurring?
