  1. Has anyone found a way around the fact that you can't edit text inside an encryption? I have encrypted account information in a note that I'd like to space out and bold the titles to and it's super frustrating that all I can add are spaces because it's super wonky when on a phone.
  2. As a user who stores a lot of sensitive information in Evernote, I would appreciate the capability for enhanced security beyond what is currently provided. 1) Data encryption at rest. I haven't found any information on this, but it seems to me our personal data is stored on the servers in "plaintext" form, and is only encrypted during transmission to/from the clients and servers. Are there any plans to implement full end-to-end encryption of data in all phases? I understand that Evernote needs the keys in order to support a lot of its useful features. Perhaps there could also be a user-selectable mode where only the user keeps keys locally (much like the in-note text encryption already available), perhaps compromising Evernote features but enhancing security. 2) In-note encryption for all data formats. Right now, we have the ability to encrypt text segments at will using local private keys, which is a welcome feature. I would appreciate this capability to be extended for all data types, e.g. audio, photos, and other file attachments. Are there plans to support this feature? Thanks!
  3. As an Evernote Business user (and previously, an Evernote Premium subscriber), I expect additional value in the form for features that I want and need. Instead, I'm subjected to additional marketing offers for trials of other services. Like Facebook, I feel as if I'm the product and not the customer when this happens. How about zero-knowledge encrypted notebooks, so I could fee more comfortable storing sensitive data in Evernote? You guys have the same problem as DropBox, in that my data is accessible to potential third parties because Evernote has access to it, and a breech in Evernote's infrastructure security could disclose sensitive information. This is why I'm a SpiderOak customer, despite their inferior user interface as compared to DropBox.. You'd think there would be a segment of potential Evernote Business customers out there, with HIPPA concerns (or other regulatory driven privacy requirements) that would like to use Evernote, but can't. I'm willing to give up server-side indexing and OCR for some notebooks. Probably there needs to be some special requirements for Evernote Business shared notebooks that are encrypted. I'm certainly happy to discuss my needs and thoughts on how such a feature would work. It would be really nice to understand if this capability is on a feature roadmap, somewhere, sometime, or if we're just shouting pointlessly into the void asking for such a thing.
