So. Punting this out to the general audience to see if anyone has ideas. I'm trying to set up a filter in Gmail to forward emails to Evernote via my Filterize account, which can assign them to different notebooks and maybe carry out different processing as appropriate. (Yes, I could use my Evernote email address, but I can't change the subject line of the forwarded email so all directly-forwarded emails go into my default notebook.) I'm sure I've had this working before, but while I can 'verify' the email address to Gmail by picking up a code (from the resulting note) that they sent there, using the same email address as a filter just doesn't work. At first I thought it was my fault. Then Evernote. Then Filterize; but... I reset my Evernote address and deleted all the filters I had set up to start from scratch. I verified that email sent to my new address does appear as a note. I added that note to my forwarding addresses in Gmail, and was able to receive the code they send out. Then, using the same target email I set up a filter: if Gmail receives a mail from this address, send it to my account; and run that filter against the 1 email already found. Result: Nope. Nuttin'. Nada. No forwarding happens. The same email to the same email address, and it forwards if I do this 'manually' while setting up a filter, but the resulting filter does not work. Tried filtering to my 'other' Gmail account so I could verify any differences in email headers. But that doesn't work either. So this looks like a purely Gmail Filter problem - I can set up a forwarding address, but forwarding by filter no longer works for me. I will check my Gmail settings to see if there's something hinky in here, but if anyone has any ideas or can contribute anything - even that their gmail forwarding works, I'd be very grateful!! Apologies for whinging into your day with my problems! If I find the cure I'll post more... <mutter, mutter, mutter>...

I would like to see email headers when I send an email to Evernote. Now, Evernote lists the note creation date as the date I sent the email & includes the body of the email only. I would like to see header information (To, CC, BCC, date, etc.) when I send an email to Evernote. -
When I email documents to Evernote, they are no longer going into the "Default Notebook". They consistently go into the same notebook so I can find them. But it is not the one flagged "Default". I am using the web version of Evernote on a Chromebox. I have tried changing the notebook flagged "Default" to another, then changing it back. This doesn't help.

Hi, When I try to forward emails to Evernote from my personal email account some get through, some don't. Many arrive without problems, but the 2 particular emails that aren't arriving (but I really want!!) have the following features: 1. Size 100-500KB, no attachments, just text/tables. 2. Size >5MB with attachments. Evernote support haven't offered any solutions yet. Just to clarify: the evernote email address is DEFINITELY correct; and I have searched all notebooks (so they aren't hiding anywhere). Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Currently, all emails I send to my Evernote "Email Notes to" address land in the "Inbox" notebook. I am suggesting to have a separate email address for each notebook, just like Todoist has a separate email for each project. I know, it is possible to route an email into a specific notebook by adding "@notebook_name" to the email subject but in practice, this is inconvenient, time consuming, and error prone. you have to remember to use "@" (instead of "#" as it is in other applications). You have to type the notebook name correctly. You have to click edit subject + navigate to the end of it + type out the notebook name manually ... For the Todoist projects to which I often email todos, I saved the corresponding email addresses into my address book, all prefixed with "Todoist - " - thus, when I start typing "Todo" in the recipient field, all of my email clients are giving me auto-complete suggestions for all Todoist project email addresses I saved. Very convenient, very fast to use, no danger of mistyping. I'd love to do the same with Evernote notebooks. A nice side effect of not modifying the email subject: all common email clients are automatically grouping emails with the same subject into a thread (even if prefixes like "FWD:" are added). Thus, leaving the subject as is when forwarding to Evernote will attach this forwared email to the same thread as the original one, making it easy and convenient to check which ones you saved to Evernote already. This feature request also reflects the desires of dozens of commenters on the following two feature requests. Not sure if this is related to the latest update or not. Anyone else using Outlook 2013 (as a part of the installed Office apps) and Windows 10 and finding the outlook clipper is broken? I tend to forward emails these days, so haven't tried the Clipper for a while, but recently it failed on one email, and then the next... and I haven't been able to successfully clip an email since. The full error in the clipper window is I raised a ticket #2753464 and will report outcomes. Interestingly I had extra problems reporting this - in Firefox 64.0.2 (64bit) I filled in the ticket form at https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and the 'send' button would not work. Reloaded the page, checked I was logged in and filled in the form. Again. Still no send button action. So I used Vivaldi - no problems. And. Being conscientious I created a note to record all this and keep my clips. Drag and drop into the note didn't work for this image. I had to 'attach' this pic (a 4kb PNG) to the note. My other stats are Windows 10 (1709) and Evernote Desktop 6.17.4.8270 I'll flag this in the release thread for 6.17.4 too, in case anything is related... -
When I send a note via email, the same (old) list of "recent" recipients pops up. It never updates with more recently used addresses and I can't figure out how to delete the old ones. This occurs when I'm using my iPad. Thoughts?

So I am a project manager for a record label. I manage everything in Evernote and Todoist. I only started using Todoist because Evernote has yet to implement tasks in notes and the ability to assign those to other users. Been using Evernote for 5 years and have a small team on the platform. So my huge issue is emailing notes to non-Evernote people. For example, i have purchase order templates for all of my vendors (25 plus). I copy those templates into a specific project/notebook stack and build them from there. Every order varies a bit so this is the easiest way for me and the team. The problem now with Work Chat is i can't then just directly email these POs to the vendors. Now i have to build in EN these POs, then go to my mail client and rebuilt them. This is SUPER annoying as each Note/PO has images marked up with Skitch, PDFs with artwork, grids, and even audio files sometimes. So as you can imagien copying all that over to Gmail is really annoying and makes formatting get messed up. I used to be able to just email a note to a vendor and i was moving on with my day. I've searched the forum and web but it just seems they want us to use Workchat for this but when you do this, the receiver has to sign in to Evernote or create an account? Any one have ideas with this? This is a real deal breaker for me. With each update of EN i'm getting less and less stoked on it. It was originally such an open platform and i feel more and more that i'm being dictated to how they want me to use it. pulling my hair out please help! P

I have been an EN user for a number of years and this is the first time I have received the message below. I definitely have not come close to any maximum emails as I think this is my third today...is it down for anyone else? We couldn’t deliver your message The emailed note was received, but an internal error occured while processing it. Please try sending the note again later.

I just ran into this with a recent update to Firefox. I mostly use the Outlook web client in Firefox for my email. This week, any action to create a new email stopped working. Click Reply, Forward, or New and Outlook would bring up a new pop-up web page as normal, but nothing gets drawn into it - just get a blank window. I'm not sure why, but if I disable the Evernote Web Clipper add-on, it works, if I enable it, then it doesn't work. Any ideas? I live and die by web clipper and email... HELP! Follow-up: I did a little sloothing and found that the Web Console in Firefox Tools shows an error when the page does not display. I've included both the correct and incorrect versions as attachments. -
Would it be possible to get a 2nd email address to use to send emails directly to my Evernote Business account? I know i can add @BusinessInbox to the end of the subject line but I am often BCC'ing to my EN email address so don't want to do that. Any work-arounds or plans to fix this?

there are two ways to log into Evernote: the regular login way google login when i send a message to my Evernote account, i can't find it unless i log in with Google. the thing is, Google's notebooks, notes, etc, are all emails, not my notes. please, someone, help me. -
Hi, I used to have an old account wich i never really used and i so i fully removed it to be able to link my email to my account that i actually use. The account i want to keep username is "ionchillz" and i would like to change my email address to "ionchillz@gmail.com" but it says the email adress is already in use on another account. But i removed that account already... Can anyone help me with this problem? -
The Web Clipper extension was totally broken until the latest (7.1.0) version. Now it works across most pages, but it no longer can clip an email in Gmail. Clicking the menubar icon does nothing. Please restore this functionality, which I use all the time.

I have had two Evernote accounts, one Premium and the other not. I have discontinued the non-Premium account. The mail that I use on my Premium account is no longer going to be usable in a few months, so I need to change it soon. The only other email I have is the one that was attached to the non-Premium account that I have discontinued, but when I try to change the email address for the Premium account to that email address, I get a prompt that tells me that that email address is already in use (presumably because it was attached to the discontinued account), and I cannot effect the change. I need to have that other email address freed up for use with my Premium account soon. I will appreciate help in doing so. Thanks. -
Hi, I have been trying to reset my password since Saturday but I'm not receiving any email from Evernote. However, I do receive all the other emails form Evernote (submission ticket) when I submitted an application. I have write the email address correctly. Neither the password reset email has been received nor anyone has replied to the ticket. It's very frustrating as I have pending tasks.

hello, I recently set up my account with Evernote by signing up through google. However, I haven't been receiving the confirmation email. There are some tasks I need to do that require me to verify my email, but despite sending it multiple times, it hasn't shown up. My inbox isn't full and the email is correct. I checked the spam folder and all the other folders too but still couldn't find anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

The daily reminder email has been a great tool for me. I use it to guide actions for the day and usually print this out to stay on track as I move locations. The email is timely (~6am), simple and reliable. The format of this email is terrible, looks cheap and is not up to the Evernote standard of refinement. Some very simple edits could improve the page dramatically. Allow me to elaborate... The attached image from March 16 will be a great example. The primary problem is page real estate. Once the email header is printed there is 8.25 inches of space for the Evernote reminder message. This was a light day with only 4 items and you can see the page is full...only 4 reminders! Another reminder and it's pushed to a 2 page print, which would still mostly be redundant information. 1) The top portion of the message takes up 36% of the vertical page. Why do the items (evernote logo, date box and 'Here's What's due...") here have to be stacked? Look at all of that blank space on the left and right! These are clearly reminders since it's been marked as such all over the page. Why do I need to be told, 'Here's what's due today'? Delete this line. And, if this is really necessary, does it need to the the biggest text on the page? 2) The bottom portion takes up 27% of the page, every day, with the same redundant message. I know Evernote syncs across all my devices. I know how to download the app for every device. Does everyone really need to be told this, every day with such a giant notification? This entire block is really fine print so make it fine print and shrink it's footprint. 3) Since the top header and bottom fine print take up 36% and 27% respectively, that leaves only 36% of the first page for actual content. Only 1/3 of the page for content?!?! ...and look at all that blank page space. 4) Since this email amounts to a checklist, why not make it one? Left justify the note titles/notebook names and add some space to the left for a checkbox or area for handwritten notes about each item for the day. That would make this email usable as a checklist or agenda instead of the simple notice it appears to be. Any improvements in this area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your consideration!

I want to create a page in evernote with contact information and services I offer that includes logos. I want to layout the page so that I can copy the content I need and paste into outlook email and keep the formating. Any thoughts? I have all contacts and do not need to send all as they would not be needed for a specific customer. I can copy all and paste into email and then delete what I don't need but still have the formating issues. I would also like to do this when on the road. Copy from EN IOS and paste into Outlook IOS Thoughts?

I am tired of the incessant "verify your email" notifications and emails every couple days or so. The verification should only be sent out when Evernote suspects any suspicious activity on my account. Otherwise, this is intrusive, and if it doesn't stop, I'll have no other option but to block all communications from Evernote. -
Please can we have a option to add a signature which automatically appears in the text box when emailing notes. And previously used email addresses appear as you start to type them.

I change my mobile and try to login to my evernote account, But cannot login. Then I try to reset my password by use function "Forget Password" to send link to reset password to my email. I check all inbox, junk, spam box on my mail box not have any email from evernote. How can I solve this problem. Who can help me. -
I make frequent use of the email account Evernote assigns me to add emails and other documents to my personal account. Is there a way to get another @m.evernote.com address to send to my default Business notebook? I COULD append the subject line with @[NameOfBusinessNotebook], but my Business notebook names have spaces and numbers and so are not easy to send to by this method, especially since I'm usually using this method on a mobile device.
