I'm using Evernote on iPhone and Windows laptop. The problem is that I lost 3 notes during last few days. When I open some random note either on phone or laptop, I see the content of another note, so the previous information fully disappeared. I don't have function of history of notes and I checked web-version of Evernote. What can I do to prevent such a problem in future and can I restore my notes if I didn't make export of notes before?
Twice in the past week, I've found attachments suddenly missing from notes: First time: Four monthly statements from a single note (PDFs from a bank, with the account number blacked out for security) Second time: JPG in a note that was left open overnight, for me to pick up on where I left off when resuming work this morning Different notes, different notebooks, different attachment types, opened on different days. No connection between the two notes, in any way other than their existence in EN. This scares the heck out of me, giving the number of vital documents saved in EN. Has anyone else run into this since the most recent update? EN version 6.5 (453172 Direct) ... MacBook Air ... Yosemite 10.10.5 ... more than 30% of the drive remains available, so this can't be a storage space issue on the laptop....
When I make annotations into a PDF, upon exporting or printing that annotated PDF it frequently happens that not all of the annotations are kept in the exported document. This is very strange and annoying. Arrows remain, but especially stickers, and short dot's seem to vanish upon exporting. Please help with this issue! thanks
I have seen a problem with the last few releases of EverNote Windows ver. Randomly the newest text (yet unsynced text) will disappear during manual or automatic syncing. This is on my desktop that is always on-line. Example: If I append my daily log with todays date and other text and I hit the manual sync button 2% of the time the text I just typed will disappear from my note. I've literally watched it disappear in front of my eyes. It does not return, I have to retype it. The same is true for auto-syncing. Has anyone else seen this? Thx, J
