Ouch! I just took several images of labels and packaging with my webcam. It's dark outside and the webcam has a light on the same arm. It's a Microsoft Lifecam so reasonably high-def and I can 'zoom' it up and down, so it seemed like a good bet. I wound up with 7 or 8 pictures in a ~4MB note. Then I edited the images in XNView to straighten them up and get them all the same size and saved them one-by-one back to the note, where they all seemed to show up in the right size. By note #5 I noticed that note #1 had been replaced by one of these little icons - -and every ti

Every day I create a daily note which I edit constantly throughout the day. When I do that, I do not like to have the entire app open, so I keep the note in a new window. Today, I was editing the note (the indicator on the bottom right kept saying the changes were saved) and when I closed it and then opened the app, none of the changes were saved. Someone from the team needs to address this issue and spend some time fixing it, because this is a main feature which now I am afraid to use.

Help! My cat loves sitting on my laptop when im not around. He managed to select a large portion of the note and clicked random keys thus deleting a huge chunk. Problem is, I didnt realise that was my huge note until after I had closed and re-opened evernote the next day. So undo is not an option. If i sign up to premium, will i have access to View History for notes edited prior to signing up?? I have been working on this note for close to a month so its possible that previously saved versions exist - maybe? (I tried finding an older version in Finder in

Hi, I'm just starting with Evernote and, in 3 hours, I've been facing several bugs. Last one, quite confusing, is about losing the content of a note just after writing it on my iPhone! The content of this note that I wrote was erased, just magically, by the content of a note that I "clipped" earlier with Evernote Web Clipper. Here is what happen : First, I created my note "A" on my Windows Desktop Evernote. The sync went well. 15 minutes later I continued to edit this note "A" on my smartphone. When I was over, I closed the note "A". Still on my smartpho

I usually use an Evernote Basic account from my iPhone, but recently accessed the account from the web (Windows, Chrome). I was having issues loading a particular note (only the first bit of content was present), and on refresh I continued to have the issue. I accessed the note on my phone to see the same issue, and eventually realized that the large majority of my content in this note was completely deleted. In searching the Evernote support pages, the closest help I came across was https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208314448, which requested I "Select 'Report data loss' in the 'Wha

I've been bringing my iPad with my Evernote app to meetings these past few weeks, but I'm encountering a serious issue in which none of my notes appear to be saving. Steps to reproduce: Hit the + symbol on the top-right. Type in the note's title + content. Hit Save. The note goes away and does not appear to be saved. When I tried to reproduce this on my iPhone, the note successfully saved. I've even deleted the app from my iPad and reinstalled it, but the same problem still persists. Because of this, notes that I'm entering just disappear into the void. Th

Hello I had to have my iPhone replaced due to a problem with the touchscreen. The old phone had to be destroyed to get the new one. On my new device I could not find all my notes anymore. So I followed all the trouble shooting instructions according to the Evernote help website. Still, everything lost! (I could not find any of my files on Evernote web as well). Is there anyone who can help me? Thank you very much in advance!

I just updated my phone to iOS 10 and installed EN v7.17.1. The app works well if I open notes the conventional way through the app. However, when I tried to access a note by 3D pressing the EN icon then through the widget I didn't realize it at the time, but it opened EN's local version of the note. When I synced I had effectively overwritten the latest version of the note that I synced from my mac. To clarify again, I edited a note on my mac, then opened the same note on my phone through deep pressing the app. After syncing the note on my phone, I found that I lost the work I did on my compu

HELP! content lost
jwychan posted a topic in Evernote for Android Issues (Versions 8.13.3 and under)
Today my note claimed it needed to clear formatting and when i selected that option, my entire note is gone, empty with only the title left? Any idea how I can get the content back? Would upgrading to premium gets my content back? It is hell to try to get into email support and I looked and looked in the android support page which keeps referring me back to the same support page. I only got the support after doing google search and have to be done in my laptop. Why is it so difficult to get hold of support? is it, in a way, discrimination against free users? support tic
