  1. I just upgraded to a paid Plus account which promises Customer Support via Email - see below. But there is no way to actually contact support. This is maddening and false advertising. How can this be good customer care - to promise a feature on the Plan page and not offer it! Makes me want to cancel my Plan. Please advise. 2. Heya folks! A few weeks ago, I wanted to stop getting messages from someone so I blocked them on the work chat. Now, things are resolved and I want to unlbock them, but... impossible! How can I do this? I've looked through every single option, literally.
  3. Customer service - why should I pay for premium service (or use Evernote for my business, which I was seriously considering) if I can't get punctual support? I started setting up my business thinking that I would use Evernote. I hit a snag that I thought would be easy to troubleshoot, but hours of sifting through forums, waiting for (and getting booted off, by inactivity) chat help, and multiple support tickets didn't solve the problem. I'm still waiting for the answer! Is the whole support team on vacation? Is Evernote's customer support any better for Business members? I've lost hours of my time to what seems like a simple problem (changing folder ownership), and I'm about ready to transition all my business content off evernote and just use it for web clipping. Which is a bummer, because Evernote has great security and layout. Tell me, Evernote, what's up?! My software and apps are supposed to make my workflow faster! I don't have hours to sift through forums. Please someone, help.
  4. Hi Evernote Friends, Does anyone know of a helpdesk** system (either application or web service) that uses Evernote as the primary interface for customer responses and knowledge base? I am aware there are many Evernote integrations into helpdesk software but I'm not interested in that. I'd like to use Evernote as my primary database of responses, solutions, questions, etc. Thanks for any insight or information. Michael Potter Pigeon, Michigan --------------------- **A help desk is a resource intended to provide the customer or end user with information and support related to a company's or institution's products and services. The purpose of a help desk is usually to troubleshoot problems or provide guidance about products such as computers, electronic equipment, food, apparel, or software. Corporations usually provide help desk support to their customers through various channels such as toll-free numbers, websites, instant messaging, or email. There are also in-house help desks designed to provide assistance to employees. from Wikipedia, reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help_desk
  5. This is a comment and compliment. Thank you Evernote for communicating about the Adobe hacking that compromised my password and, possibly, other information. I appreciate your telling me in an email about it and about the relation to Evernote. I did not read or hear about the Adobe hack, although I have been a regular customer for over a decade. But, my security company sent me an email two days ago about my matching identification being available online. They were unable to tell me which site was affected. Consequently, I have been changing each and every password connected to the affected email address. Your message pinpointing the source has been a big help. Thank you so much for your concern for your customers.
